383 Digital Fashion Design Academy is an online education platform built for independent fashion designers and brand builders who are ready to close the gap between creative vision and professional execution.

Founded by Mikelle Drew-Pellum, a fashion industry veteran with 28 years of experience and adjunct faculty at the Fashion Institute of Technology, the Academy offers structured, skills-based courses in CLO3D, Adobe Illustrator for Fashion Design, Fashion Tech Pack Development, and Fashion Business Strategy.

The Academy operates on a membership model with three tiers, giving designers flexible access to one course, two courses, or the full course library, plus ongoing updates and community access. One-time course purchases are also available for those who prefer permanent access to a single course.

Members also gain access to the 383 Digital Artisan Collective, a dedicated community space where fashion entrepreneurs connect, share progress, and build alongside one another across various channels including digital skills, production, business strategy, and accountability.
