Since 1989 together we have employed women who otherwise would be so very vulnerable. For example, Nasma, was fired from her garment factory job when she became pregnant. With no way to support her newborn son she was breaking bricks on a building site with him next to her. Thankfully our staff got to know her and asked if there was an opportunity for her with Motif.

Of Course!!! Within 3 months Nasma helped her husband buy his own rickshaw! What triumphant smiles we all shared the first day he drove her to work! Since then Nasma saved for her son's education - the first person ever in her family to go to school!
